Anne Dutton
Born and raised in Minnesota, Anne L. Dutton has lived in north Georgia for the past 24 years. Anne spent most of her years growing up living in Mankato, MN, with her parents (J.J. and Norma McCarthy) and two brothers, Patrick and Kevin McCarthy. Anne moved to GA in 1984 to work for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, where she still currently works for the C-130 Hercules program office.
Over the years, Anne has earned a B.A. and a B.S. from Mankato State University (English and Business Management), a M.A. from the University of Minnesota (English; emphasis in writing), and a M.S. in Project Management from the School of Business at The George Washington University.
Anne and her husband of 21 years, Thomas Dutton, currently reside in Waleska, GA. Thomas Dutton owns and manages Dutton Builders. Anne and Thomas served Cherokee County for four years as foster parents. Anne has also served on the Lake Arrowhead Property Owners Board of Directors. In addition to Anne’s love of horses, Anne and Thomas enjoy golf, travel, gathering with family and friends, and their three cat and one dog.
